Small, Smaller, Smallest Blog Hop

Today kicks off the Small, Smaller, Smallest blog hop. Carol is hosting this fun hop for the participants to share smaller projects. I figured this is something I can join in, because it's something I can finish in a short amount of time.

I love this old Amy Butler line. The prints and the colors are so vibrant. I have used these fabrics to make a quilt quite a while back. I was wanting to make a case for my MacBook and to jazz it up a bit with ruffles. I love making ruffles. I did a little sketch of what I wanted the case to look like and how big I wanted. I then started piecing the case together. It was done in not time at all.

I used a solid yellow for the lining to break up the busy prints. It fit's my MacBook perfectly with some room for cords and little knick knacks.

Thanks for joining me today! Here's the blog hop list for the next few days. Happy Hopping!

This is beautiful and the fabrics are so pretty...love it! Ruffles are one of my favorite things to add to projects and I really like the style of ruffle you chose for this. It turned out amazing and looks to be a perfect fit for your Mac. Thanks for sharing your small project and joining in on the hop! P.S. Thanks for the code help, too.

If I had a tablet or MacBook or Kindle or whatever, I'd sure make a cover for it. Yours is very cute.
