Happy Tuesday! I have been having so much fun using my scraps. Sewn by Leila created twenty paper-pieced blocks and I have been saving to use some of my scraps. These blocks are so quick and easy to piece. I did cut the fabrics a little bit larger than what the pattern calls for.

I have been saving all of the scrappy triangle patterns from Sewn by Leila so I can work on them in between
work obligated sewing and school. I have been trying my best to use my scraps just to hopefully whittle them down and hopefully use them up, but as always they keep on growing. These scrappy triangles have smaller pieces which is great for scraps.

I am sew happy I was able to use up some fabrics in my stash for Benartex's Sewing Olympics. These prints are from their retired collection called The Garden Party. Each day for 5 days there was a new block to work on.

If you have followed me for a long time you have seen me share cardmaking/papercraft projects on this blog. This is one of those hobbies I like to do because I can get messy and sometimes you just have to get your hands dirty. LOL I love making cards. They're a different creative outlet for me that doesn't really require much thought.

Happy Monday! When Shelly Denton came out with her new line of fabric called The Garden Club for Benartex Fabrics, I bought a small amount of yardage thinking I was going to make a bag out of those prints. I kept it in a ziplock bag forever.

For those of you who have a YouTube channel, you know that the change is coming up quickly and those who don't have enough subscribers will lose their partnership agreement. I am one of those subscribers that will be affected by this new rule. I took a break for school so didn't put out as much videos as I'd like. I have plans to share quilting, crafting and stamping videos on my channel.
If you would like to keep-up-date, please subscribe to my YouTube channel to see new videos as I get them done.

Happy Monday! I decided to join in this month's Minis and More Parade with Sherri and Michelle. This month's pattern is from A Quilting Life called Hometown. I love making star blocks and this was really quick to put together.
