I trimmed the Cotton and Steel strips straight and ended with a bunch of tiny triangles leftover. I couldn't throw them away so I paired them up to make the scrappy pinwheel blocks. They are not that big but I am going to make a small project to use it up.
I also paired up the off white background fabrics to make some half square triangles to make this zippered pouch/bag. I created the pattern based on the width of the half square triangle pieces and made the template as I went along. I just need to make the removable shoulder strap so I can use it for whatever the occasion calls for. BTW, the denim is from Art Gallery Fabrics.

The pinwheels are just too cute. The zippered pouch is amazing. I love the various fabrics you used. It is a very classy bag.
That is a great bag...good use of resources.
Congrats on winning a great package!
Such a lovely clutch - so many different textures! Caught my eye right away on Linky Tuesday! You know, I was so impressed, I sent your link to my daughter - she'll love it! Thank you for sharing! :)
