While I Was Away....

Lots of things have happened but how about I just let you know some fun things I did and skip over the bad ones? I created a signature for my blog post. It's do-able for now.

Remember these games? I just felt like playing these games so that's what I did. I had to unlock a couple of games for my husband and son because they couldn't do it. It was fun to go down memory lane. BTW...we do have other current gaming systems. Can't get rid of the playstation 2 or we wouldn't be able to play these games ; -D

I needed to go and do something just for me so I went and got my nails done. I am not one for artificial nails but I want them on to help my real nails to grow which it did so now they are off and I have my nice naturals nails back. Artificial nails are pretty but they require alot of maintenance so its not a constant thing for me to do.

I ventured out to check out Comic Con for some fresh air and have some fun. It's been a long time since I've done anything by myself so it was interesting but I did have fun all by myself. These guys are doing promos for the show "Once Upon a Time" which I love.

We also went to our daughter's art gallery opening. She just graduated high school and will be starting college mid August majoring in Fine Arts. She's been drawing since she was a little kid and pretty much self-taught. She wanted to show her artwork so we helped her get things going and went to the opening. Her dad and I are so proud of her for having the courage to get out there and show her artwork to the public.

We have some fun things planned before our daughter starts school so it will be a busy but fun August for us.
We spent some fun time in La Jolla enjoying the outdoors and feeding the squirrels. Those squirrels are so tame. They will climb onto your lap just to eat.

Anywho, things are gradually going back to normal. I did manage to put a quilt together and use up a bit of yarn. I'll do a separate post for that soon.
