Smoothie Recipe

Happy Friday! It's been a pretty nice day today. I did some fun things with hubby today so it was an awesome day! I have been having a smoothie craze lately, partly due to my health. It's one of those things where if I don't take care of myself things go haywire with my body. So, anywho, I thought I would share one of my super easy concoctions with you. There's no sugar or anything bad for you.
This is my version of a mango smoothie, low calorie and really good for you.


Mango Smoothie

1 ripe mango (small yellow ones), peeled and diced
1 cup greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. organic extra virgin coconut oil (buy at Costco)
1/2 cup cold water
4-5 ice cubes

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
That's it.
Enjoy!

My DH has been on a smoothie kick, so I fixed him one last night, with fozen mix fruit, almond milk and honey. No ice needed since the fruit is frozen. He really liked it.
