I had bought this material to make some bags for our girls. I bought a bit more than what I needed you know how the guessing game goes. I love the feel of this material. It looks and feels like leather but it isn't. I don't even remember what it's called. I bought it because it looked nice and it was on sale.
Please excuse the photo quality. My camera was being serviced when I had this done. I used my phone to take a picture of it before I gave it to my friend. I am happy with how it turned out but if there's ever a next time for this type of bag, I would make some changes to the photo pockets.
I lined the bag with blue fabric because my friend's favorite color is blue. I also added interior pockets for her to organize her things.

Great looking bag. Did you increase the length of your stitch for the outside fabric? And, what size needle?
